This position requires a career-minded pool professional with minimum 3 years of experience in pool equipment repair and installation. Experienced applicants only.

Do you want to work in a professional environment where your skills and experience in the pool industry are respected and valued? Plumbing, electrical, and mechanical experience required. This position requires a mechanically inclined individual who is willing to work in sometimes adverse weather conditions. The position requires the work be completed quickly and accurately, and to the customer’s satisfaction. Excellent customer service skills are required. A clean driving record is mandatory.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:
  • Troubleshooting, repair and replacement of swimming pool equipment; i.e. motors, filters, pumps, lights, filters, etc.
  • Occasional pool cleaning and chemical maintenance may be required if needed
  • Daily workload varies with season, usually between 5 to 7 work orders per day
  • Customer service of job assigned is #1 responsibility!!
  • Daily care and cleaning of vehicle
  • Monitor and control individual inventory
  • Complete paperwork relevant to repairs, including collecting payment from customers, ordering parts, and customer follow up
  • Maintain profitable pool repair route with minimal go backs
  • Pool Service Mechanic
  • Manage Service Team personnel, insuring all techs have all supplies necessary for success, monitor fleet, report issues to owners 
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:
The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
This position requires the associate to have a high degree of stamina for physical labor, with the ability to work in high degrees of heat and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively and often. The associate must be able to stand, bend, stoop, stretch and climb repetitively and often. The associate must be able to operate a motor vehicle, and have the ability to work around chlorine and other pool chemicals without an allergic reaction.
  • $25-33/ hour, great hours, Monday- Friday, most Holidays off, and benefits. All tools, vehicle, and uniforms provided.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Minimum 22 years of age or older for insurance purposes.

This job REQUIRES a proven track record of repair experience. Do not apply if you do not have at least 3 years of repair and installation experience for a licensed pool repair business. You will be required to demonstrate your skills in the field.
