Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Camarillo, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $19.69/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift

Job Summary

Responsible for picking and preparing customer orders, moving inventory throughout the warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory, and keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and retrieve products according to customer pick tickets.
  • Transport completed orders to the appropriate shipping station.
  • Repack and weigh orders as needed.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, push carts, and warehouse equipment.
  • Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
  • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures and properly label and store products.
  • Enter information into computer and warehouse systems.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain clean and organized supply and work areas.
  • Monitor supply levels and communicate supply needs to management.
  • Report equipment, maintenance, safety, and other workplace issues.
  • Follow company safety procedures, cGMP requirements, and FDA-related procedures.
  • Remove trash and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Entry-level position; warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • Forklift experience/certification required.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, climb, pull, and move boxes and packages.
  • Ability to climb stairs and access storage racks.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Reliable and safety-conscious.

Work Details

  • Full-Time, 2nd Shift.
  • Fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Frequent use of forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment.
