As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Operations Specialist to help keep our daily rental operations running smoothly.

Position Overview:

The Operations Specialist will support the day-to-day functions of our rental car operations, including fleet management, customer service, and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with vehicle check-in/check-out procedures and inspections

  • Ensure timely vehicle cleaning, fueling, and readiness for rentals

  • Coordinate vehicle movement between locations or maintenance shop

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle status, mileage, and service needs

  • Monitor inventory of supplies and assist with ordering
