You will be working onsite in our outpatient office located in picturesque Leesburg, Virginia—an area known for its quaint historic charm and welcoming community. The work setting requires availability for a 40-hour work week, with some variable weekends as necessary.

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing their specific functional needs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify therapy practices based on evaluations and outcomes, ensuring adherence to professional standards and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and referral sources, to provide continuity of care and informed treatment decisions.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment programs, discharge planning, and self-care strategies to promote independence and improve quality of life.
• Document clinical findings, therapy sessions, and patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to organizational guidelines.
• Participate actively in staff meetings, community programming, and professional development workshops aimed at continuous improvement and care excellence.

Our physical therapist will engage with a diverse patient population, consisting of individuals of varying ages and cultural backgrounds. This includes working with athletes recovering from injuries, seniors seeking to regain mobility, and post-operative patients requiring rehabilitation. Understanding the unique needs of each demographic is critical in providing exemplary service and fostering a healing environment.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy and BLS certification are mandatory.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and word processing software will be necessary for documentation and administrative tasks.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional expertise in specialized areas such as sports medicine or geriatrics will be preferred. Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities and implementation of innovative rehabilitation techniques will set candidates apart.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills.
