A Renewal Manager is responsible for overseeing the renewal process of customer contracts, subscriptions, or service agreements. They work to ensure clients continue their relationship with the company by managing timelines, negotiating terms, and addressing any client concerns. Renewal Managers often collaborate with sales, account management, and support teams to maximize customer retention and minimize churn. Their goal is to secure renewals efficiently while also identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
