About the Opportunity

A respected energy consulting firm is launching a new Generation Services practice and is seeking a senior leader to build and scale the offering nationally.

This executive role will lead consulting services related to Owner’s Engineering, commissioning, operations & maintenance advisory, and cost estimation for power generation projects, including renewable energy, battery storage, and gas-fired generation.

This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for building client relationships, leading complex projects, and growing a national consulting practice.

• Build and manage a portfolio of energy industry clients

• Lead consulting engagements related to power generation projects

• Provide oversight of EPC contractors and engineering teams

• Drive new business development and cross-selling opportunities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams delivering complex consulting work

• Mentor and develop technical staff and project managers

• Establish and grow a national Generation Services practice

What We’re Looking For

• 20+ years of experience in power generation, utilities, or energy consulting

• Experience serving as Owner’s Engineer or overseeing EPC providers

• Background in renewable, battery storage, or gas-fired generation projects

• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and projects

• Strong business development and client relationship skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
