A Busser/Server's Assistant is in charge of setting, maintaining and cleaning/resetting tables in a dining room restaurant setting, to provide a clean and tidy environment for all guests. You'll coordinate with other FOH Staff and Kitchen Staff throughout service to ensure all guests of Fin & Tonic are receiving a 5-Star Experience.Prepare dining room areas before guests are seated. Placing tableware and condiments on tables in a tidy and uniform manner.Fill and refill drinking glasses with water for seated guests.Clean and reset table after guests leave

Remove used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating. Wiping up water, spills, food, stains and dirt from tables. Remove trays quickly.Maintain cleanliness and stocking of restrooms.Cleaning the dining area at closing.
