• Conduct detailed initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based diagnostics.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients using a variety of methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques.
• Utilize teletherapy technologies to deliver virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients.

The clients served at Zen Zone encompass a wide range of ages and backgrounds, primarily focusing on adults experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our counselors are dedicated to understanding each client's unique circumstances and collaborating on effective strategies for their mental well-being.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for fostering therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude throughout the therapeutic process.
• Exemplary organizational and time-management skills to handle a full caseload effectively.
• No prior history of disciplinary actions on your license is a must.

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly through teletherapy, is highly regarded.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations and understanding of various mental health conditions is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and virtual therapy platforms can enhance workflow efficiency.
