Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma history and identify tailored treatment avenues.
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and empowering clients with effective coping strategies.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that support clients in processing trauma and enhancing their healing journey.
  • Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care for each client.
  • Provide crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies to ensure client safety and recovery.
  • Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available mental health resources to promote understanding and empowerment.
  • Maintain precise and confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards to support effective treatment outcomes.
  • Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development initiatives that emphasize trauma-informed care.
  • Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to continually enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits
