Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, enabling you to create a balance between your professional responsibilities and personal life. You will join a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and educational staff, collaborating closely to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for students, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their mental health needs.

  • Provide education and support to students and their families, facilitating access to resources and fostering resilience.
  • Stay informed about current mental health research and evidence-based practices, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic approach.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with students experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including, but not limited to, emotional disturbances, stress-related disorders, and behavioral concerns. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding these students toward improved mental health and academic performance.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused therapeutic interventions and evidence-based practices in counseling.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex situations and support student needs effectively.
Preferred Experience

Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or clinical setting is preferred. Familiarity with EHR systems and multidisciplinary teamwork is a plus, as is any background in crisis intervention and stabilization techniques. Additional certifications related to mental health treatment or youth counseling will enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, professional liability insurance, and access to an employee assistance program designed to support mental health and wellness. Minimal paperwork will ensure you can focus on delivering care rather than administrative tasks, and we offer a full caseload for a busy and fulfilling work schedule.
