• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for students, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their mental health needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing solution-focused strategies to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights to support holistic care for students.
• Provide education and support to students and their families, facilitating access to resources and fostering resilience.
• Stay informed about current mental health research and evidence-based practices, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic approach.

You will primarily work with students experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including, but not limited to, emotional disturbances, stress-related disorders, and behavioral concerns. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding these students toward improved mental health and academic performance.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused therapeutic interventions and evidence-based practices in counseling.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues.
• Problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex situations and support student needs effectively.

Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or clinical setting is preferred. Familiarity with EHR systems and multidisciplinary teamwork is a plus, as is any background in crisis intervention and stabilization techniques. Additional certifications related to mental health treatment or youth counseling will enhance your application.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
