• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring that therapeutic approaches are evidence-based and effective.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients by utilizing a range of diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.
• Deliver a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy to diverse client groups.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, healthcare providers, and educational professionals, to offer comprehensive care and holistic support for clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans to comply with legal standards and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in continual professional development through workshops and trainings to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of mental health.

Your work will primarily focus on serving youth and their families, providing critical mental health support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. By employing customized therapeutic techniques, you will address a range of mental health conditions that affect children and adolescents, contributing to their overall emotional and psychological well-being.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted professional licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably within an outpatient clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance misuse, couples therapy, or family dynamics will be highly regarded.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and experience in remote counseling are advantageous.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, generous bonuses may be available to reward outstanding performance.
