• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health requirements and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Create and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, ensuring effective progress toward therapeutic goals.
• Provide therapeutic services through individual, couples, and group counseling, employing a variety of techniques to engage clients effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver coordinated and holistic care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through supervision, training, and participation in case discussions to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at We Care, you will work with a diverse population that includes children, teenagers, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Many of our clients experience issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Your empathetic approach and cultural competence will be vital in establishing trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds, enabling them to seek the support they need.

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices relevant to mental health treatment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues across the organization.
• Commitment to ethical practices and unwavering dedication to maintaining client confidentiality.

• Previous experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting preferred.
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and workshops.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital record-keeping systems.
