Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other modalities tailored to the client's needs.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development through staying informed about the latest research and best practices in the field of social work and mental health.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops that promote community involvement and mental resilience.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Demonstrated active Licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits
