Key Responsibilities

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients towards recovery, employing solution-focused therapy and trauma-informed care.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client sessions and treatment progress using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Collaborate effectively with our dedicated treatment team, including healthcare providers, counselors, and administrative staff, to ensure continuity of care.
  • Regularly review current research and best practices in social work and mental health to improve therapeutic approaches and stay abreast of new developments in the field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed professional at our detox center, you will mainly work with clients who are struggling with addiction and mental health challenges. This includes helping individuals recovering from substance use disorders that may coincide with anxiety and depression. Your expertise will play a vital role in empowering clients through their recovery journeys, focusing on their unique stories and backgrounds to craft appropriate treatment plans.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.
