As part of our Detox Center team, you will collaborate with various healthcare professionals while being fully supported in maintaining your independence and work-life balance. • Provide direct clinical services to clients, delivering individual, group, and family therapy tailored to their specific needs.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans that ensure access to essential services and facilitate positive health outcomes.
• Conduct screenings based on evidence-based practices, identify risk factors, and arrange for comprehensive assessments when needed.
• Actively engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support to clients during critical situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for client meetings, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.
• Serve on committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving the overall quality of care at Marina Medical Center.
• Ensure effective collaboration among multidisciplinary teams and garner support from community resources.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with clients experiencing mental health challenges associated with addiction, mood disorders, and other psychological issues. This role is vital for supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, particularly those residing in underserved communities. Your ability to establish trust and rapport will be essential in instilling hope and promoting recovery among these vulnerable populations.

Qualifications
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of experience working in clinical environments, preferably in community health or addiction treatment settings.
• Strong ethical foundations and commitment to maintaining professional conduct in alignment with industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interactions with clients and team members.
Preferred Experience
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care methodologies and diverse therapeutic modalities.
• Experience with integrated care models and approaches that address both mental health and medical needs.
• Crisis intervention training and experience working with individuals in high-stress situations.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
