Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical services to clients, delivering individual, group, and family therapy tailored to their specific needs.
  • Develop and implement integrated care plans that ensure access to essential services and facilitate positive health outcomes.
  • Conduct screenings based on evidence-based practices, identify risk factors, and arrange for comprehensive assessments when needed.
  • Actively engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support to clients during critical situations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for client meetings, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.
