Job description

Why This Opportunity
This newly created Contact Center Associate position offers an excellent opportunity to build experience within an established Financial Services organization while supporting several essential business functions. You'll gain cross-functional exposure, develop valuable operational skills, and play an important role in keeping member-related requests and internal projects moving forward.
About the Company
Our client is an established, member-focused Credit Union providing banking, lending, and other financial solutions. The organization has a long history of promoting financial wellness and delivering dependable service to its members. Employees work in a collaborative, service-oriented environment that values accuracy, responsiveness, and teamwork. The organization continues to invest in its people, processes, and internal operations.
About the Contact Center Associate Role
The Contact Center Associate will join a newly created team supporting the organization's member services, lending, and debt resolution functions. This position will coordinate documents, track internal requests, organize files, and gather member or account information for different departments.
The role is primarily internally facing and will serve as a liaison among several teams. The Contact Center Associate will follow up on outstanding items, help manage competing deliverables, and ensure information is routed accurately and efficiently. This is a strong opportunity for an organized, proactive professional who wants to grow within Financial Services.
Role Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project deliverables and administrative requests across multiple internal departments.
  • Track membership requests, supporting documentation, and outstanding action items.
  • Organize electronic files and maintain accurate, complete records.
  • Pull member, customer, or account data to support internal business needs.
  • Submit internal forms and monitor requests through completion.
  • Communicate with member services, lending, and debt resolution teams to keep work moving.
  • Follow up with colleagues to collect missing information or documentation.
  • Manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications
  • At least six months of experience in a professional or corporate office environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of assignments.
  • Confidence communicating and following up with colleagues across multiple departments.
  • Ability to manage several requests, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Banking, a Credit Union, or another Financial Services environment is helpful but not required.

Must be able to successfully complete required credit and criminal background checks.
Why This Role Stands Out
  • Join a newly created team and help establish effective processes and workflows.
  • Gain exposure to member services, lending, and debt resolution operations.
  • Build transferable administrative and operational experience within Financial Services.
  • Develop relationships with teams and leaders throughout the organization.
  • Take on a visible position where organization and follow-through have an immediate impact.
  • Join an established organization with a long-standing commitment to its members and community.
