Work Environment

This remote role means you will be able to conduct your work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients through our user-friendly telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients to Understand their mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individualized therapy, addressing diverse needs through one-on-one, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring clear goals and measurable outcomes are established.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance client care, ensuring a holistic approach.
• Offer crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans to support clients in urgent situations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring client confidentiality and data integrity.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, promoting community engagement and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and a passion for delivering evidence-based treatments to benefit our diverse client population.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role is competitive, with a salary range of approximately USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
