Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues and resources, leading to informed treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing proven methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop clear and actionable treatment plans that include specific goals, measurable outcomes, and intervention strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance client care.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as required, utilizing effective safety planning techniques to ensure clients' stability.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, adhering strictly to both ethical and legal standards to protect client confidentiality.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops to promote community support and foster understanding of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a team member at our clinic, you will engage with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Our primary objective is to create a safe, empathetic environment where clients feel encouraged to explore their feelings and pathways toward healing, thus promoting resilience and overall mental well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Currently active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health settings, particularly within outpatient care.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and a passion for using them to improve client outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to cultivate trusting relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with trauma-informed approaches will be highly regarded.
• Knowledge of telehealth practices and the technological platforms that facilitate remote therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits
