The Northridge Therapeutic Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide critical therapeutic support to clients within a hospice setting, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care during challenging times. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional therapeutic services to clients during scheduled appointments.
  • Develop and conduct comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations.
  • Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to contribute insights that enhance client care and treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and situations, offering timely follow-ups to ensure positive outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including school staff and parents, to support the multifaceted needs of students receiving services.
  • Engage in crisis intervention and support where necessary, using proven conflict management techniques.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments, including suicide assessments and forensic evaluations, as required.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role will be on clients in a hospice setting. You will be tasked with providing emotional support to terminally ill patients and their families, addressing their psychological, social, and emotional needs. This crucial aspect of care requires sensitivity, empathy, and specialized skills to help clients navigate end-of-life challenges, ensuring they and their loved ones are supported throughout this journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current, active, and unrestricted Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW) is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience within a behavioral health or social service context.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in case management or similar settings.
  • Proven ability to manage conflict effectively and maintain a calm approach under pressure.
  • Proficient in conducting thorough psychosocial histories and case evaluations, employing appropriate interview techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
