Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique situation, ensuring their mental health and well-being are prioritized.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists and support staff, to offer a holistic approach to client care.
• Provide psychoeducation and ongoing support to patients and their families, helping them navigate their mental health journeys.
• Stay informed on current mental health research, practices, and policies to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Proficiency in using solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapy interventions.
• Strong communication and active listening skills, vital for building rapport with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, facilitating effective interventions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health clinic or similar outpatient setting is highly valued.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing clinical documentation.
• Knowledge of specific treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is advantageous.

• The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually.
