This role allows for a flexible, remote working setup, enabling you to connect with students, families, and faculty from the comfort of your home while ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic. While the position is primarily remote, occasional visits to local schools may be necessary to directly engage with students or in urgent situations. The hours for this full-time role are generally Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, although some flexibility, including evening or weekend hours, may be required based on student needs and availability.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' emotional, social, and behavioral needs, taking into account their unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with students, families, and school personnel to develop individualized intervention plans tailored to specific challenges faced by each student.
• Provide counseling sessions aimed at addressing immediate concerns such as anxiety, depression, or trauma, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Advocate for students’ access to educational and community resources, ensuring they receive proper support and services.
• Engage in regular follow-ups to monitor progress and adapt care plans as necessary, ensuring continuous support for students.
• Facilitate family meetings and workshops to educate parents on social-emotional learning and effective communication with their children.
• Document all interactions and maintain an organized electronic health record (EHR) system to track student assessments and ongoing interventions.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and other professionals in an interdisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care for students.
• Stay current with best practices in social work and education to comply with ethical standards and contribute to innovative program development.

This position primarily serves students within the school system, addressing a range of psychosocial issues that can impact their educational experience and personal development. By focusing on the unique challenges faced by students, particularly those experiencing familial or socio-economic difficulties, you contribute to fostering a supportive environment that promotes resilience and educational success.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of relevant social work experience, particularly in a school or child-focused environment.
• Deep understanding of social work principles, child development, and community resources tailored for educational settings.
• Exceptional assessment and counseling abilities, with strong problem-solving skills and an empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Eloquent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with a diverse team.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems and technology to document and communicate case details effectively.

• Experience working within a school system or similar educational environment, dealing with a diverse student population.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches and applied experience with at-risk youth.
• Ability to engage effectively with parents, families, and support groups to create a network of assistance.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package including:
