Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver individualized therapy sessions for clients across a range of ages, ensuring they receive tailored support for their unique challenges.
• Utilize a billing service that streamlines claims processing and manages client accounts, minimizing administrative burdens and allowing you to focus primarily on client care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal requirements.
• Efficiently schedule and coordinate ongoing appointments with clients, while keeping an updated calendar to optimize client engagement.
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to a variety of clinical presentations, drawing on diverse techniques and frameworks to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will have the capacity to provide care and support to a diverse client base, including individuals and couples facing various mental health issues. Our clients range from children to seniors, and we believe in fostering strong therapeutic relationships to build trust and facilitate positive change. Your role will have a direct impact on improving their mental wellness and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a current LCSW license and be capable of practicing independently.
• Demonstration of professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and effective organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, with availability for at least 20-25 hours per week, including a minimum of 2 evenings.

Preferred Experience

• Significant training and experience in couples therapy will be favorably considered, as this skill set aligns with the needs of our client population.
• A proven track record of building therapeutic rapport and achieving positive client outcomes in a clinical setting.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning within the field of social work and mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive compensation package that ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. As a W2 employee, you will also receive:
