Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each patient and develop tailored treatment plans reflecting evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records to ensure compliance and facilitate effective communication within our multidisciplinary team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions prevalent in a detox setting. You will be instrumental in guiding these individuals through their recovery processes, equipping them with the skills and resources needed for long-term success.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in Texas is essential for this role.
• Proven knowledge and experience with solution-focused psychotherapy techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective collaboration and rapport building with patients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills to manage caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient mental health or detox environments, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
