Work Environment

This role offers a remote working environment, allowing for flexibility in scheduling while still maintaining a strong connection with our treatment team. Despite being a remote position, you will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals through virtual platforms, ensuring a coordinated approach to patient care. Additionally, you may occasionally engage in school-based interventions, providing services directly to students within educational settings, ensuring that mental health support is accessible where it's most needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and holistic care.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning to manage acute psychological distress as necessary.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups aimed at community engagement and sharing recovery strategies.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, safeguarding client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a rich tapestry of clients, ranging from children to seniors, each with unique backgrounds and mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a mental health or outpatient treatment setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies and an understanding of the therapeutic process.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills, ensuring a positive, supportive experience for clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in school-based mental health programs or with child/adolescent populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery.
