Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health and substance use issues, creating individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Implement and facilitate therapeutic interventions tailored to meet each patient's unique needs, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.

• Maintain thorough and precise clinical records within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations while safeguarding patient confidentiality.

• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, nurses, and other clinicians, to ensure a holistic approach to each patient’s treatment journey.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, recovery processes, coping strategies, and resources within the community to foster ongoing support.

• Regularly engage in continued education by staying updated on current research and best practices in psychotherapeutic techniques and mental health treatment advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our detox center serves a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with substance use disorders as well as co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, ensuring a solid foundation in theories and practices central to the profession.

• The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
