Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients’ needs and establish93 careful, personalized treatment plans.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records to support treatment effectiveness and compliance.
• Collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging with doctors, nurses, and other social workers to coordinate care.
• Providing education and emotional support to patients and families about mental health and recovery processes.
• Staying informed about the latest research, methodologies, and evolving best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of this position is on working with a diverse group of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will guide patients through complex emotional terrains, enabling them to achieve meaningful, lasting change. You will develop trusting relationships, fostering a safe environment where patients can openly express their needs and experiences.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
• A strong understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions.
• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate rapport with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

Preferred candidates will have at least 2 years of experience working in a clinical environment, particularly with a focus on mental health and substance abuse issues. Compensation and Benefits
