Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including evaluating social, emotional, and financial factors affecting students’ well-being.
• Develop tailored treatment plans, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address the unique needs of each student.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, utilizing our electronic health records (EHR) system to track progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including teachers, administrators, and other healthcare providers to create a holistic approach to student care.
• Provide education and support to students and families, empowering them to navigate available resources and develop coping strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with mental health research and best practices, ensuring that care remains high-quality and impactful.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You'll be working with a diverse population of students aged from elementary through high school who may be facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. This role emphasizes not just crisis intervention but also proactive strategies that foster resilience and healthier coping mechanisms among young people.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Tennessee.
• In-depth knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy techniques and modalities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, essential for effective collaboration with students, families, and educational staff.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a school setting or within a pediatric mental health framework is highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits
