Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive clinical assessments for clients, gathering essential information to develop individualized treatment plans that meet their specific needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions and solution-focused practices to address a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and community support workers to coordinate care effectively.
• Provide educational resources and emotional support to clients and their families, empowering them to engage actively in the treatment process.
• Stay informed about the latest research, developments, and best practices in mental health to continually enhance your therapeutic techniques and approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW within our community health clinic, you will serve a diverse population of clients, including teens, adults, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. The patient demographic includes individuals seeking support for mental health concerns, those recovering from trauma, and clients needing assistance navigating life transitions. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
