• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each student's unique mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that address these needs effectively.
• Implement evidence-based therapy practices, including individual and group counseling sessions, ensuring each intervention is grounded in proven methodologies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring all patient information is safeguarded.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including educators, school psychologists, and parents to create a comprehensive support network for students.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops for students, staff, and parents to promote awareness and understanding of mental health issues.
• Continuously update your knowledge of current research and therapeutic innovations in the mental health field to enhance your practice.

You will work with a diverse range of students, supporting those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Your role is pivotal in helping them navigate these challenges and develop coping strategies that will empower them both academically and personally. Additionally, you will engage with families and educators to foster a communal approach to student mental health, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and understanding.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in Massachusetts.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to engage and relate to students, families, and colleagues effectively.

• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations.
• Familiarity with digital mental health tools and teletherapy software.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, particularly within educational environments.
