This role is based remotely in the U.S., partnering with dispersed teams globally. Preference for candidates willing to work a flexible hybrid schedule who are based in Indianapolis, IN or Cincinnati, OH, operating on EST.

Global Talent Acquisition & Workforce Analyst | About You

As a Global Talent Acquisition & Workforce Analyst, you support and enhance the full employee lifecycle while driving global workforce planning and candidate experience initiatives. You act as a cross-functional partner, collaborating with Sales, Delivery, HR, and Marketing to align hiring strategies with evolving business demand across multiple regions including the US, India, Brazil, and Europe. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced global environment. You bring a continuous improvement mindset and leverage data, tools, and market insights to optimize recruiting operations and workforce strategies.

Global Talent Acquisition & Workforce Analyst | Day-to-Day

  • Optimize end-to-end recruiting processes to support hiring needs and enhance the global candidate experience across business units.
  • Develop job descriptions using market research, stakeholder input, and regional considerations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and consistency through AI tools and templates.
  • Build and manage candidate-centric platforms, including job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS systems, with a focus on performance optimization and targeted geographic strategies.
  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, outreach, interview coordination, preparation materials, ATS documentation, and reporting.
  • Manage candidate engagement channels such as career site chat and inbound inquiries, ensuring responsiveness across global time zones when needed.
  • Create and manage candidate marketing materials, including content curation and multi-step drip campaigns to engage passive talent.
  • Partner with Marketing on employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction strategies.
  • Own and administer the ATS, driving global adoption, system optimization, and reporting enhancements.

Global Talent Acquisition & Workforce Analyst | Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related project work.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging candidates and stakeholders across regions.
  • High attention to detail and professionalism in handling confidential data and maintaining accurate ATS documentation.
