The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and face a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will engage with individuals of varying ages and circumstances, tailoring your methods to their specific contexts and needs.

• Current and valid license to practice as a LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LCSW-R, or PsyD in the state of New York.
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable effective rapport-building and a therapeutic connection with clients remotely.
• Empathy and compassion to understand clients' diverse experiences and challenges thoroughly.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities to manage a varied caseload efficiently and ensure timely documentation.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling, with a strong grasp of virtual therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems or similar platforms for efficient client management.
• Previous work involving multicultural populations and the ability to adapt approaches to fit differing cultural contexts.

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
