Position Overview
Strategic Workforce Development is recruiting participants for a paid workforce training program connected to data center construction and other major development projects launching across the region.

Participants who successfully complete training will be routed directly to a local union apprenticeship program, creating a clear pathway into long-term, high-wage construction careers.

The application process is fully remote, and no prior experience is required.
