Position Title: EPIC Cogito Report Developer


Location: Remote Position


Expected Duration: 24+ months contract (with possible extension)

 

Pay Range: $55/Hr - $60/Hr on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

o Design, develop, test, and enhance Epic Reporting Workbench (RWB) reports and Radar dashboards.

o Develop Cogito-based operational and analytical reporting solutions.

o Work with Epic Clarity and SQL for retrospective and data-driven reporting needs.

o Gather requirements and translate business needs into effective reporting solutions.

o Perform data validation, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.

o Support deployment, documentation, and ongoing enhancements across multiple regions and programs.

o Strong experience with Epic Cogito, RWB, Radar, Clarity, and SQL; relevant Epic certification/accreditation preferred.

Is industry experience needed for this role and why? Healthcare industry experience is not an absolute prerequisite if the candidate has strong development skills on Epic Reporting Workbench (RWB), EPIC Radar Dashboard, EPIC Cogito Suite, and SQL skills. However, because the role interacts with clinical stakeholders and develops healthcare reporting solutions, prior healthcare/Epic domain experience is highly preferred and will significantly reduce onboarding time and improve delivery effectiveness.
