You'll play a key role in the development and coordination of housing projects from early design through construction. Working closely with Design Managers, Design Leads, consultants, and project teams, you'll help transform design concepts into coordinated, buildable solutions that support our clients' goals and strengthen communities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Produce and coordinate BIM models, construction documents, details, schedules, and project deliverables
  • Collaborate with project teams to advance project goals related to quality, budget, schedule, and design intent
  • Coordinate assigned technical work with engineering consultants and other project disciplines
  • Assist with building planning, code research, accessibility requirements, unit layouts, amenity spaces, and project documentation
  • Apply firm standards, BIM protocols, quality assurance processes, and project guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, consultants, clients, and regulatory agencies as directed
  • Manage assigned tasks and deadlines while anticipating future project needs
  • Support project activities during construction administration, including responding to contractor questions and reviewing project documentation
  • Continue developing technical expertise, project coordination skills, and professional growth through mentorship and project experience.

WHAT WE OFFER:

We believe that people do their best work when they feel valued, supported, and inspired. At LRS, you'll find:

  • Hybrid flexibility: Work where you thrive - with a mix of remote and in-office options
  • Competitive compensation with annual reviews and advancement opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and FSA plans
  • 401(k) with employer match to support your financial future
  • Generous paid time off and 7+ paid holidays annually
  • Support for licensure, certification, and continuing education to help you grow
  • Collaborative, inclusive culture that values mentorship, balance, and equity
  • A meaningful role in a majority women-owned, JUST-labeled, and Top Workplace-recognized firm.

WHY LRS?
