Job Title: UKG Workforce Dimensions Expert Location: 100% REMOTE Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possibility to extension Job Description: A highly skilled UKG Pro WFM Expert to lead configuration, optimization, and enterprise support of our workforce management platform across multiple facilities with strong preference for expertise in Advanced Scheduler. System Leadership & Strategy Serve as the enterprise SME for UKG Workforce Dimensions. Lead design, configuration, and continuous optimization of Workforce Dimensions modules. Drive governance and best practices for system standards across facilities. Provide strategic recommendations for workforce automation and labor cost management. Advanced Scheduler (Strongly Preferred) Lead configuration and optimization of Advanced Scheduler, including: Self-scheduling workflows Work rules and shift rules Staffing plans and coverage requirements Schedule templates and pattern assignments Overtime equalization and fairness rules Partner with clinical and operational leaders to ensure alignment between scheduling logic and staffing models. Configuration & Technical Expertise Configure pay rules, accrual profiles, timekeeping policies, and labor categories. Design and maintain integrations (HRIS, Payroll, ERP, EHR where applicable). Support data imports, interfaces, and system testing. Lead upgrades, enhancements, and release management. Reporting & Analytics Develop workforce dashboards and KPIs (overtime, agency usage, vacancy rates, productivity). Build custom reports and leverage UKG Analytics. Support leadership with labor forecasting insights. Governance & Support Establish change control processes for system updates. Provide Tier 3 escalation support. Manage vendor relationship and support tickets. UKG Workforce Dimensions (UKG Pro WFM) experience. Required 3 Years UKG Workforce Dimensions Advanced Scheduler Highly desired 2 Years Advanced configuration experience in Timekeeping and Accruals. Required 3 Years Experience supporting multi-site or enterprise deployments. Required 3 Years Knowledge of integrations with payroll, HRIS, ERP, or EHR systems Highly desired 2 Years UKG certifications Nice to have
