Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients by actively engaging with them through various communication channels (video calls, phone, and messaging) and building trust and rapport.
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to determine diagnostic criteria and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs.
  • Document assessments, progress, and revisions to treatment plans through our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Offer individual, family, and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices suited to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

Qualifications
