Workers Comp Defense Attorney (REMOTE)

Job Title: Attorney
Requirements: Workers Comp Defense
Location: California (Remote)
Salary $140-225k + quarterly bonuses
We are representing one of California's most prominent workers compensation defense law firms. With 12 offices across California, we have been named a Great Place to Work in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 along with several Best Places to Work Awards.

This is a remote position that may require on-site work a few times a month in one of our local offices.

What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking strong attorneys with workers comp defense background. Depending on the candidate's preference, we are hiring remotely for the following:

  • Case Handling Non-Litigation: will analyze the workers' compensation legal file, work on the cases, and provide written progress reports that detail all analyses, actions, and suggestions.
     
  • Appearance Coverage Attorney: will show up for hearings, depositions, or trials and will promptly inform the client of the outcome after the appearance.
What You Need for this Position

- Workers Compensation Defense experience (3+ years)
- Juris Doctorate from accredited university
- California State Bar license
- Case Management software experience
