• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, establishing effective relationships grounded in trust and respect.
• Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with specific client goals, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing compassionate guidance and appropriate interventions to address a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated client care, regularly discussing case progress and incorporating feedback into treatment plans.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, including routine updates and documentation of therapy sessions.
• Engage in continuous professional development and supervision by attending case conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and effectiveness.

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience working in mental health counseling settings.
• Experience with telehealth practices and digital communication platforms is an advantage.
• Training or specialization in specific therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is preferred.
