• Deliver exceptional counseling services to a diverse clientele through individual, family, and group therapy formats.

• Utilize cloud-based EHR systems to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with insurance requirements, including those of Medicaid and Medicare.

• Develop and implement effective treatment programs aimed at managing symptoms related to mental health conditions, trauma, and co-occurring disorders.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to foster an interdisciplinary approach to client care.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, helping to destigmatize mental health and encourage individuals to seek the support they deserve.

Your primary focus will be to serve clients in our community health clinic setting, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues across various age groups. This includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
