• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand clients’ mental health challenges, using a thorough understanding of various mental health disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring that each plan is tailored to address specific client goals and evolving therapeutic needs.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers in a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop a coordinated approach for integrated client care.
• Engage with clients' families to educate them about mental health, promoting inclusivity and support in the recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring a high level of accountability and ethical practice.
