• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, utilizing a variety of assessment tools to gather comprehensive information about mental health needs.

Our client demographic ranges from adolescents to adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. We prioritize a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, tailoring our services to meet the distinct needs of diverse populations. • Possession of a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
• A deep sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from various backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills, efficient time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a remote work setting.

While candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply, we particularly welcome therapists with background experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and family therapy approaches. Specific knowledge of tools and systems for teletherapy is a plus, as we prioritize accessibility and flexibility for our clients.

Blooming Minds offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
