• Provide individual therapy to clients via secure video conferencing, adhering to best practices in telehealth.
• Diagnose and address various emotional and mental disorders, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, modifying them as necessary to suit client progress.
• Advise clients on coping strategies, helping them to build resilience and decision-making skills relevant to their mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment changes, and progress notes while minimizing administrative load.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.

Your primary clientele will consist of stable adults presenting with low acuity mental health concerns. Clients are pre-screened to ensure readiness for teletherapy, allowing you to focus on delivering effective treatment rather than initial assessments.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in your practicing state.
• Strong foundation in therapeutic modalities, demonstrating the ability to effectively implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with diverse clients.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience focusing on treating mood disorders and anxiety conditions.
• Expertise in psychopharmacology and an eagerness to collaborate with psychiatrists and medical staff, ensuring holistic patient care.
