• Provide individualized counseling and therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify mental health challenges and develop treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans that enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in workshops to remain current with mental health advancements.

Your work will focus on supporting a variety of clients, including individuals experiencing mental health disorders, families facing relational challenges, and those dealing with trauma or substance misuse. Your personal approach and therapeutic skills will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their struggles, providing them with the tools necessary for recovery and emotional stability.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting is necessary.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical practices in counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with various client demographics.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other related technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience in delivering telehealth services to clients is a plus, given the remote nature of our work environment.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to your salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
