• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Regularly assess client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to facilitate growth and achievement of therapeutic goals.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to ensure comprehensive support and integration with the multidisciplinary care team.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately and timely, in line with organizational policies.

This position primarily focuses on providing individual counseling to women aged 35-55. Therapists will address a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management. By tailoring your approach to this demographic, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate significant life changes and enhance their overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or related field with a valid LPC license in Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience as a counselor.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal issues in counseling practices.
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport-building with clients and collaboration with team members.

• Experience working with women’s mental health issues and specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or other evidence-based modalities.
• Familiarity with case management and coordination with other healthcare providers for comprehensive client care.

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
