This role is designed for a remote work setting, enabling you to provide therapy services from the comfort of your own space. Although the position is virtual, you will become part of a cohesive team dedicated to exceptional client care. Daily interactions will occur through secure telehealth platforms, allowing for a seamless connection with clients and colleagues. Our outpatient model provides flexibility, empowering you to tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.

• Conduct personalized therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address the unique emotional and psychological needs of each client.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to continuously evaluate and adjust individualized treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organization policies.
• Assist clients in developing effective coping strategies that enhance their overall well-being and foster long-term resilience.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and engage in professional networking to expand the clinic’s visibility and enhance client access to services.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Clayton Mental Health Clinic, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our practice serves individuals and families, emphasizing a client-centered approach that respects each client's individuality and empowers them to achieve meaningful change in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in clinical mental health settings, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapeutic areas, such as trauma-informed care or family therapy, will be viewed favorably. The ability to integrate technology in treatment approaches, especially in digital platforms for telehealth, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
