This setup leverages digital technology to communicate and collaborate with coworkers and clients. Remote work offers flexibility in terms of work location and sometimes hours, making it a popular option for both employers and employees. It can increase productivity, improve work-life balance, and reduce commuting time and costs. However, it also requires discipline, good communication skills, and reliable internet access.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to continuously evaluate and adjust individualized treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organization policies.
  • Assist clients in developing effective coping strategies that enhance their overall well-being and foster long-term resilience.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives and engage in professional networking to expand the clinicโ€™s visibility and enhance client access to services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Clayton Mental Health Clinic, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our practice serves individuals and families, emphasizing a client-centered approach that respects each client's individuality and empowers them to achieve meaningful change in their lives.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active and valid licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in clinical mental health settings, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapeutic areas, such as trauma-informed care or family therapy, will be viewed favorably. The ability to integrate technology in treatment approaches, especially in digital platforms for telehealth, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with generous employer contributions. Additionally, you will have access to disability coverage and wellness programs designed to support your personal health and professional well-being.
