Account Director at BairesDev We are seeking a Senior Account Director based in Texas to join our leadership team.

As a senior leader at BairesDev, the Account Director is responsible for building long-term relationships with clients at the executive level, based on a deep understanding of their IT business needs. You'll drive strategic growth initiatives while managing key client account relationships and identifying new business opportunities. What You'll Do Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and present our company to potential/referred clients through meetings, listening to their wishes and concerns.

Create Account Plans and report on revenue/headcount growth results to the Global Account Manager or Account Directors on a regular basis. Conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities and assess customer needs, identify client needs, and prepare and deliver presentations on appropriate services. Proactively seek new opportunities through client referrals, networking, and social media.

Bring new business leads to increase revenue, negotiate, and close deals. Collaborate with other internal teams (Staffing, Sales, Business Development) to achieve better results. What we are looking for 8+ years of experience in sales executive/client partner/engagement manager roles or equivalent in the IT/Tech Industry.

Experience in customer relationship management with closing deals and developing long-term relationships with clients. Previous experience as a Software Engineer (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another IT-related degree) is a big plus. Must be based in Texas, preferably in the Houston area.
