• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat to enhance their mental well-being.
• Encourage open dialogue regarding emotions and experiences to help clients uncover insights about themselves and their interpersonal relationships.
• Act as a steadfast advocate for clients, assisting them in establishing personal and therapeutic goals.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health status and formulate tailored treatment plans grounded in solution-focused methodologies.

You will primarily be working with clients who have experienced pre-screening, confirming their stability and low acuity. • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of a valid and active license as either a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and effectively while providing mental health services.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficient in computer systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate seamless documentation and communication.
