This position allows for the flexibility of remote work, positioned within our outpatient facility framework. Our therapists enjoy a Monday to Friday work schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Team members are encouraged to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering high-quality mental health services.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that encompass the cultural and social backgrounds of patients, creating individualized treatment plans based on these evaluations.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions during individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches to reflect the varied cultural contexts of our patients.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to establish integrated care pathways for patients, ensuring a holistic treatment approach.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, displaying strong decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, empowering them with knowledge about available resources and treatment options.
• Consistently maintain thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings and ongoing training programs focused on cultural competency and best practices in mental health care.
• Stay updated on the latest mental health research and practices to continually elevate the quality of care we provide.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensing as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrated understanding of various mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Proven experience in delivering inclusive, culturally responsive individual and group therapy.
• Strong crisis intervention skills with an ability to perform effectively in urgent situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Commitment to upholding professional boundaries and ethical guidelines.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in trauma-informed care and culturally specific treatments.
• History of working with vulnerable and underserved populations.
• Familiarity with community resources and support networks available within Garland, Texas.

The position offers an attractive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
