Our outpatient office manages clients broadly, allowing for a diverse caseload while eliminating the daily commute. You will be equipped with a comprehensive online platform that provides all the necessary tools for scheduling, client management, and billing, streamlining your workflow to enhance your focus on client care.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat to assess and enhance clients' mental health.
• Guide clients in exploring their emotions and experiences, empowering them to gain insight into their thoughts and relationships.
• Advocate for clients by helping them to define clear mental health goals and develop actionable treatment plans.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to evaluate clients' mental conditions and implement treatment strategies based on evidence-based practices.
• Document clinical sessions and necessary notes efficiently, focusing on delivering high-quality care while we handle additional administrative tasks.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. Our screening process ensures that you work with individuals who are seeking support in a collaborative and encouraging environment. This focus allows you to invest adequate time and attention into each client, improving their mental resilience and fostering long-term well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by a state board; limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct professional evaluations and make informed decisions regarding treatment planning and implementation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, exhibiting strong empathy and understanding towards clients.
• Proficiency in technology and online communication tools to facilitate effective remote counseling.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, working with a variety of clients and therapeutic modalities.
• Prior experience in a virtual therapy environment is preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective treatment plans that lead to positive client outcomes.
