This position is entirely remote, leveraging the flexibility and convenience of telehealth technology. Our telehealth facility allows you to conduct counseling sessions from the comfort of your own home while ensuring quality care and accessibility for our clients in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, and beyond. You will collaborate closely with a team of dedicated professionals, sharing knowledge and resources to enhance patient care and foster a supportive team culture.

• Develop and implement comprehensive assessment and treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches to mental health.
• Engage in timely documentation and reporting to comply with regulatory standards, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of client records.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify the specific mental health needs of clients and guide treatment direction.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise and enact positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the organization's commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Serve as a liaison for clients, fostering relationships with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners as needed.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the community to promote agency initiatives and contract compliance.

• Embark on additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational needs and client well-being.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required for this position.
• An independent LMHC license is mandatory to practice in the State of Florida.

• Previous experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in a telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and assessment strategies.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the nuances of treating clients from varied backgrounds.
